Getting to us from Narita Airport or Haneda Airport
The Nagano snow shuttle http://www.naganosnowshuttle.com/ morning bus picks you up at Narita or Haneda airport and drops you off at Happo information centre, where we will meet you.
The night bus, due to lateness, drops you at our lodge door giving you easy access to us on your arrival in Japan. This bus leaves at night and arrives at our lodge at approximately 1 - 2 am and is great for Jetstar flights from Australia to Narita
The following bus link is another alternative for early morning arrivals ie QANTAS direct flights from Sydney http://www.alpico.co.jp/traffic/express/narita_hakuba/en/
Alternatively from Narita take the train to either Tokyo or Ueno and board the shinkansen (bullet train) to
Nagano and walk out the rear exit and take the Highland express bus to Hakuba, Happo Information Centre where we can pick you up and transport you to our lodge.

Make your trip to us easier - drop off your luggage including all your ski/snow gear to the black cat courier located to the right of the arrivals hall in Terminal 2 - look for the black cat symbol at terminals.
Great, cost effective and stress less service - your luggage generally arrives the next morning
Black Cat also deliver from our lodge @Tsugaike to Narita airport - allow 48 hours for luggage to arrive in time for your flight home.
